Bakery Order Bookings
Some bakery consultations, premium tasting sessions, or specialty baking services may require advance booking. Refunds or credits may vary depending on the service type and the timing of cancellation.
No-shows
If a customer does not attend a scheduled baking consultation without prior notice, the booking may be marked as a no-show. In most cases, no-shows are not eligible for refunds, as time, ingredients, and preparation were reserved specifically for that order.
Schedule Changes
If Sugar & Grain Bakery House needs to cancel or reschedule a baking session due to maintenance, ingredient supply issues, or unexpected events, customers may be offered a new time, store credit, or an alternative solution depending on the situation.
